WWE Hall Of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch files to trademark her ring name

Tammy Sytch is looking to secure the trademark rights to her ring name, “Sunny.” She recently filed for it with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

It’s listed for entertainment purposes. Here is the description:

“G & S: Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainment personality; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestling and sports entertainment in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes.”

Sytch had been in prison since last July, but was released last month for violating a domestic restraining order, eluding a police officer and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.

Since being released, she’s been posting on her Facebook page and seems to be in a good place in her life as she has an opportunity for a fresh start.

Throughout her time in the pro wrestling business, she’s worked for promotions such as WWE, WCW, ECW, and ROH. In 2011, she was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
