Vince McMahon – ‘I Don’t Remember Much About Sable In Terms Of The Lawsuit’

The new docuseries, Mr. McMahon, is currently streaming on Netflix.

In one of the episodes, former WWE Women’s Champion Sable (Rena Lesnar) was brought up. For those unaware, Sable filed a $110 million lawsuit against WWE in 1999 accusing the company of sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions. The lawsuit was later settled out of court, with Sable returning to WWE as an on-air character in 2003.

During the docuseries, McMahon claimed that he “doesn’t remember much” about her lawsuit but knows she “eventually returned to work.” He said,

“I don’t remember much about Sable in terms of the lawsuit. No, I don’t [remember her allegations]. It’s kind of a blur. All I know is she came back to work, so….”

Following Sable’s return, her on-screen affair with McMahon was mentioned. McMahon reacted to the storyline by saying, “With who? Me? [Laughs] God.”

During a 2001 interview with Playboy magazine, McMahon admitted to having multiple affairs during his marriage with Linda McMahon.
