Tony Khan: AEW Is 100% Moving Forward With TBS And TNT

Tony Khan sees no scenario where AEW doesn’t continue with TBS and TNT moving forward.

All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan was a recent guest on Going Ringside. When asked about the status of the company’s impending media rights deal, Khan confirmed that they are staying with TBS and TNT for the foreseeable future.

“Yeah, it’s an exciting time for AEW. We’re coming into the future, but I can tell you that 100% AEW is moving forward with TBS and TNT,” Tony Khan confirmed. “They’ve been great partners, and you can count on us. We’ve been delivering great action every Wednesday night on TBS, and every weekend. We’ve been doing Fridays and Saturdays going strong on TNT.

“Especially since we started these Saturday nights, bringing wrestling back Saturday nights on TNT. There’s a great tradition of Saturday night wrestling on the Turner networks, with Tony Schiavoni calling it. Now Tony Schiavoni and Nigel McGuinness have formed quite the team, and we’ll see if Nigel McGuinness’ mouth has gotten him in trouble this Wednesday on TBS, on Dynamite in New York City.”
