Rikishi On Jimmy Uso: He’s Doing Great, Hopefully He’ll Return Soon

Jimmy Uso is ready to come back, at least according to his father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi.

The Bloodline attacked Jimmy Uso on the April 12 episode of WWE SmackDown, and he hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since.

Rikishi was asked about Jimmy’s status while speaking on his Rikishi Fatu Off The Top podcast, and he stated that Jimmy was “doing fine.” He noted that Uso had been able to rest up, and he was ready to go. (H/t Joseph Currier of F4WOnline.com for the transcription)

“Jimmy is doing fine,” he said. “I think at any given moment, hopefully, that Jimmy will be ready to come back to be able to do what he loves. I’m sure he misses the fans, and I’m sure you all miss Jimmy.

“He’s doing great. He’s got some time to be able to rest the body, rest the mind, and he’s ready to go. So hopefully we’re able to see Jimmy soon.”

For the time being, fans will have to wait and see happens next with Jimmy Uso. Meanwhile, The Bloodline story continues to heat up, with Solo Sikoa set to challenge Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship on the September 13 episode of WWE SmackDown.
