MVP made his debut with All Elite Wrestling during last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, where he criticized Prince Nana for being a bad manager to Swerve Strickland. But it appears MVP doesn’t just have his eyes on bringing only Strickland into his management services, based on an interaction backstage on this week’s episode.
AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mon?, who was absent from last week’s episode, introduced a video package of highlights focused entirely of herself and spoke about how AEW’s future is bright because “Mon? changes everything.”
MVP then interrupted the interview to say, “Yes it does, and I absolutely love big business. So please, take my card. Perhaps we should talk. Excuse me.”
