Kazuchika Okada and Claudio Castagnoli will come face-to-face on the August 14 episode of AEW Dynamite.
AEW announced the news on the August 7 episode. Castagnoli earned a shot at Okada’s AEW Continental Championship on the August 3 episode of AEW Collision. There, he beat Lee Moriarty and Tomohiro Ishii. The date of the title match has not been announced yet. However, both AEW All In and AEW All Out are coming up.
Plus, AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland will compete on the show. He will face former ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta. Strickland issued the challenge at the end of the August 7 episode of AEW Dynamite. Yuta is Bryan Danielson’s stablemate in the Blackpool Combat Club. Strickland will defend his title against Danielson at AEW All In.
