Former Impact Wrestling star signs with WWE

At the CWE Mid-Atlantic show in Gibsonville, NC, Trevor Lee officially announced that he has signed with WWE.

Lee’s contract with Impact Wrestling expired at the end of December and it was no secret that WWE was his destination. He will be introduced as part of the latest group of signees expected to be announced this month.

Lee is the CWF Mid-Atlantic Champion and teased that he could return to defend the title. If that is the case then it would indicate that WWE is going to let him wrestle on one more show so he could drop the title.

The 25-year old from Cameron, North Carolina is a three-time X-Division Champion and he’s been wrestling since 2014. He also wrestled for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla and Jeff Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling.

He was trained by Matt and Jeff Hardy.
