Alisha Edwards Not Cleared To Compete At TNA Victory Road, TNA Names Replacement

TNA has made a change to a title match at TNA Victory Road.

In a tweet, TNA announced that Alisha Edwards was not cleared to compete. As a result, Tasha Steelz would take her place at TNA Victory Road. There, Steelz and Slamovich will put the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship on the line against Spitfire (Jody Threat and Dani Luna). If they lose, Spitfire will be forced to disband.

Edwards has been out of action since she suffered an injury at TNA Emergence, where she was helped to the back. TNA then announced that she was in concussion protocol. Further details are unclear at this time.

WrestleZone will have coverage of Victory Road as it airs on September 13.
