CMLL held their 91st Anniversary show last night at Arena Mexico and AEW had some heavy involvement in the show.
Willow Nightingale dropped the CMLL Women’s World Championship to Zeuxis, so it appears Kris Statlander won’t get the title shot she earned last month. Orange Cassidy competed in a six-man tag and Chris Jericho headlined the show against the legendary Mistico.
Here are the complete results of last night’s CMLL 91st Anniversary event:
- Los Viajeros (Futuro, Max Star, and Hombre Bala Jr.) defeated Los Depredadores (Magia Blanca, Magnus, and Rugido)
- Soberano Jr., Niebla Roja, and Angel de Oro defeated Neon, Star Jr., and Templario in a two-out-of-three falls match
- Titan defeated Mascara Dorada in the Copa Independencia Finals
- Zeuxis defeated Willow Nightingale to win the CMLL Women’s World Championship
- Atlantis Jr., Ultimo Guerrero, and Volador Jr. defeated Orange Cassidy, Satoshi Kojima, and Rocky Romero in a two-out-of-three falls match
- Hechicero defeated Euforia, Valiente, and Esfinge
- Mistico defeated Chris Jericho (w/ Big Bill) in a two-out-of-three falls match
